We are looking for a:
Property Restoration Operations Manager
General Summary:
We are looking for a Property Restoration Operations Manager. Ideal
candidates must have played key roles in the growth of companies.
The Operations Manager will be tasked with overseeing and
coordinating with department managers and strategizing business
growth efforts.
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of management experience in the trade or
restoration industry.
Proficient computer and math skills, experience with estimation
software preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of job costing, quality control, and process
improvement
Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight & Efficiency- Track and manage construction
operations and equipment to optimize utilization and
maintenance.
Leadership & Development- Assist with the hiring, training, and
retention of employees, coaching and mentoring to improve
performance.
Financial Management- Create and execute annual business plans with
division managers while adhering to and managing the annual company
budget.
Regulatory Compliance- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and
local regulations.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Salary
$80,000-$100,000/Year
