About Us:
Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving
the Charlotte area's need for custom space organization throughout
the home. We design, sell, manufacture and install custom closets,
home offices, garages, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products
are of the highest quality.
We have a very close-knit team that interacts every day. Our
factory in Charlotte custom manufactures all of the cabinetry that
we install. Our factory team prepares each job and checks it for
accuracy and quality before it is installed at our client's home by
our professional installation crews. Client satisfaction is our
priority.
Job Benefits:
* This position is NOT remote
* Hours are 8:00 am - 4:30pm, Monday- Friday
* Full-time, permanent position
* Starting pay range between $18 - $22/hr based on experience and
skills

Job Responsibilities:
* Answering and placing calls
* Scheduling appointments
* Working with clients and handling every phase of their jobs
* Greet clients that visit our showroom and factory and
occasionally give them a tour
* Working with other team members who are in the field
* Responsible for problem resolution for clients
* Maintaining customer database and input of information into
computer and other general office tasks
* Support for manufacturing manager
* Support for sales manager
* Support for installation manager
Specific Skills:
* Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task
* Computer experience including MS Word and Excel and Google
Sheets, Docs and Drive
* Math skills at the high school level, minimum of Algebra
* Strong and precise follow-through
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and
routine work
* Strong work ethic and desire to perform as part of a team are an
absolute necessity
* Excellent phone skills and must be able to convey to our clients
an honest care for them and their projects

great customer service skills.
