• Year-round employmentCharlotte Heating and Air of Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Lead HVAC Install Technician who can install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. You will also supervise a crew and demonstrate leadership abilities. Do you have a strong passion for our industry? Will you do whatever it takes to achieve complete client satisfaction?   • Valid license and insurable driving record
  • 2+ years of experience performing HVAC installs
  • EPA Certification
  • NATE Certification (bonus, but not required)
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policiesCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
