Location: Herndon, VA or Greater Charlotte, NC areas with occasional travel - Full-time

Paragon Systems is looking for a strategic and hands-on real estate professional to manage our growing corporate real estate portfolio. If you excel in lease negotiations, space planning, and project management in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You'll Do:

Oversee 35+ leased offices (90,000 Rentable SF) across the U.S., managing a $2MM real estate portfolio
Lead lease transactions, renewals, expansions, and relocations from market analysis to execution
Negotiate and draft leases, amendments, subleases, and vendor contracts
Manage office remodeling projects, space planning, and construction coordination
Collaborate with executives, landlords, brokers, and internal teams to optimize office space

What You Bring:

US citizenship preferred
Eight or more years of commercial lease transaction management OR five or more years with a relevant degree (Real Estate, Finance, Business)

Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting leases and legal documents
Knowledge of Lease Administration Systems (LAS) and AutoCAD (preferred)
Project management experience in commercial office remodeling
Ability to work independently while engaging with executives and stakeholders
