Genesis10 is currently seeking a Windows Administrator with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities: Responsible to oversee and perform remediation on enterprise workstations to attain compliance with the client's End of Life software policies

Requirements: Advanced Windows OS knowledge and troubleshooting ability
Working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
Advanced OS and application troubleshooting knowledge
Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate with various levels of management on security related matters
Technical professional with operations & troubleshooting experience, perform technical analysis, drive for results, take ownership, be self-motivated, and think outside the box


Desired skills: Experience with Enterprise Vulnerability Management tools
Experience with desktop security practices and tools
Experience with networking and active directory in a large corporate environment
Automation skills to reduce manual activities
Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment
Proven ability to work independently, multi task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator
Detail oriented and organized
Pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Motivation to achieve results and the ability to quickly integrate into teams
