There are no limits to what we as team members as an organization can achieve together.Job Summary:The Senior Director, Credit Portfolio Management (Asset Management) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and performance of commercial real estate assets within the portfolio. This role involves evaluating property performance, conducting inspections and audits, managing financial risks, and processing financial requests. The Senior Director is responsible for developing strategic solutions for consent requests and interacting with a range of stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and report on the performance of properties within the portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct or oversee physical condition inspections and compliance audits, providing detailed analysis and reporting of findings.
  • Identify and assess issues related to balance sheet and investor risk, delivering comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
  • Review and process reserve requests or equity capital contributions, ensuring alignment with portfolio goals.
  • Develop strategies and solutions for consent requests from borrowers, developers, or general partners, fostering effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Interact with borrowers, developers, general partners, investors, and other internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
  • Interpret a wide range of loan and investment documents to extract insights and inform portfolio strategy.
  • Understand all aspects of real estate transactions, including loan and investment structures, ownership entities, property management, and market conditions.
  • Mentor and guide assigned Credit Analysts, supporting their professional development and ensuring high performance standards.Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking Portfolio Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Proven expertise in managing commercial real estate loan portfolios with a strong understanding of financial and market dynamics.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conducting thorough financial analysis and risk assessment.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with real estate management software.
    • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in commercial real estate finance.
