Our construction company is seeking an experienced construction professional with excellent leadership skills. If you're good at managing general contractors, hiring subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance at a construction site, then you might be perfect as our next Construction Project Manager. Our ideal candidate has 5 years of construction field experience and can supervise all site activities and maintain safety compliance at all times.Compensation:$85,000 Base Salary + Allowances & Production BonusesResponsibilities:Generate & submit project schedules, notifying the workforce in a timely mannerAssess subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to our company standardWalk sites to ensure project code compliance & quality controlManage job-site cleanliness, & vendor deliveriesAccurate communication of milestone completion with managementQualifications:In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles5 years of prior experience as a Project Manager is required for this position; additional management experience preferredSuperb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skillsA thorough knowledge of the Construction Schedule Sequence with previous experience using job site CRM software & Microsoft OfficeAbout CompanyJohnston Brothers Homes is a local home-building business looking to expand our team.
