Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Pay: $50-$56.50/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.


OCM Change Management Consultant

Skillset / Experience: Beyond providing thought leadership & strategic direction on managing change, these supplemental resources will be embedded in current teams and responsible for producing the following types of deliverables depending on the effort:
Stakeholder analysis
Change impact assessment - internal users, customers, and external stakeholders
Training plan and materials, including user guides and documentation (not responsible for delivering formal training).
Communication governance & plan.
Bi-Weekly & monthly status reports
Release communications
Agenda & content for sponsor meetings, steering team's sessions, and executive presentations
The initial areas of need are:
Customer Technology portfolio planning & portfolio-wide communications
Core Customer Platform (SAP plus) enhancements in support of key business initiatives.

Expertise in Prosci ADKAR methodology
Experience creating executive-level content
Desired.
SAP Customer Systems background
