defining an architectural vision and solution that supports the
strategic outcomes of the Business' Products and Services. Key
responsibilities include defining the target operating environment,
designing for client resiliency, assisting with solution design,
and defining non-functional requirements. Job expectations include
working with stakeholders and service providers aligned to the
Business' strategic objectives, evaluating the impact of strategic
design decisions, and contributing to the architecture
roadmap.Information Leadership & StrategicConducts business
information flow studies across Multiple Domains - Merchant
Services, Payment, Liquidity, Forex, Sales, Client, Retails,
Consumers, Trade Finance and Credit. Drives complex and
comprehensive business architectures and relates those structures
to the technology data environment. Participates / Lead in
developing information strategy and associated polices: provides
thought leadership to define and drive information strategies and
frameworks (Information Modeling, Integration, Analytics, Data
Science and Security Management). Ensures data and information
assets are supported by an architecture that furthers the
achievement of strategic goals. Lead Design work groups to
rationalize data provisioning and reporting to Key mandates,
Product and operational use cases. Represent the organization on
Governance Councils, Review boards, COEs, and related bodiesProgram
Accountability End-to-End Accountability of Business Analysis,
Architecture, Design, Build, Test and Release management on
projects and initiatives. Ensure full alignment to
SDM/SDLC/Agile/Change Management Standards. Familiarity with JIIRA,
Horizon, PCM and RAFT solutions. Capable to conduct vendor and
Product assessments. Astute in Risk/Issue mitigation and on time
accomplishment of milestonesResponsibilities:
- Works across the business, operations and technology to create
the solution intent and architectural vision for complex solutions
and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements into a
technology backlog to enable the technology roadmap and
functionality to support evolving capabilities and services
- Contributes to the creation of the architecture roadmap of
defined domains (Business, Application, Data, and Technology) in
support of the product roadmap and the development of best
practices including standardized templates
- Clarifies the architecture, assists with system design to
support implementation, and provides solution options to resolve
any architectural impediments
- Facilitates solution driven discussions, leads the design of
complex architectures, and finds creative solutions through
knowledge of domain, practical experiments, and proof of concepts
while ensuring architecture is flexible, modular, and
adaptable
- Educates team members on the technology practices,
standardization strategies, and best practices to create innovative
solutions
- Supports the team as needed to select the technology stack
required for solutions and helps select preferred technology
products
- Performs design and code reviews to ensure all non-functional
requirements are sufficiently met (for example, security,
performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and
reliability)Required Qualification:
- Must be Collaborative, timeline oriented, delivery capable,
astute risk and issue resolver.
- A strong influencer of outcomes across domain, platforms and
Solutions. Able to think abstractly and reduce complex issues
and/or solutions to simplified, actionable tasks.
- Be able to influence and work at all levels of engagement -
from Product Heads to Technology consultants.
- Must have Cross Domain / Business (GM) experience and worked
with teams across the globe.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be effective
in managing conflicts.
- 10 -12 years defining/establishing large, complex corporate
systemsDesired Qualifications:
- Excellent financial acumen to manage multimillion dollar
budgets.
- Deep Business/Data Domain expertise to effectively implement
large-scale solutions creating value across multiple business
segments.
- Be a trusted advisor to Product and Operational heads on
Information management.
- Extensive Financial Industry experience with entrepreneurial

- Responsible for building and leading a team to deliver
technology products and services that meet business outcomes.

- Develops a technology strategy and ensures technology solutions
comply with applicable standards. This role advocates and advances
modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great
design, engineering and organizational practices.
- Accountable for team/program level resource and financial
management; builds and maintains teams through talent
acquisition.
- Sets maturity objectives and enables individuals/teams to with
training & resources to achieve them.
- Sets and tracks quality and performance objectives. Facilitates
performance and career development of individuals through
performance reviews, coaching, and building individual development
plans that are needed to develop competencies and skills.
- Understands individual and team maturity and performance
through team/client feedback.
- Manages relationships with the business and technology leaders,
and vendors for technical products. Accountable for solution
delivery management as relevant to their teams e.g. prioritizing
tech debt, compliance and security items, and supporting
audits.
- Accountable to ensure all relevant risk, financial, and
compliance polices and standards are met.
- Accountable for the application performance in production (app
health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data
management standards, audit exams and reviews).
- Creates the technology strategy for their technical
domain.
- Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by
working with Product Management, Product Owners, and other
stakeholders.
- Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment, and helps
to resolve organizational impediments/blockers. Leads and creates
followership in Communities of Practice in the organization.
