A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor - Welding Operations to oversee first-shift operations. This role is ideal for a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) with supervisory experience who wants to lead a team, improve processes, and ensure high-quality production.


What You'll Do:

• 
  
• Lead & Supervise: Manage a team of welders, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
  
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain welding certifications, oversee inspections, and enforce industry standards.
  
• Improve Processes: Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  
• Review & Approve Drawings: Work with AutoCAD to oversee fabrication designs and production planning.
  
• Maintain Safety & Standards: Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and conduct workplace audits.
  
  
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 5+ years of experience in welding, fabrication, or manufacturing.
    
  • 3+ years of Supervisory experience in a production environment.
    
  • CWI certification required; CWENG preferred.
    
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of machining & fabrication processes.
    
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
