Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Intune Management: Design, implement, and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Microsoft Intune for a wide variety of devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS) within an enterprise environment.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced-level troubleshooting for complex Intune issues, including device enrollment, policy application, security settings, compliance issues, and app deployment.
Policy & Configuration Management: Develop, configure, and optimize device management policies, security configurations, compliance rules, and conditional access policies across multiple device platforms using Intune.
Automation & Optimization: Leverage automation tools, PowerShell scripting, and other solutions to optimize Intune deployments and workflows.
Endpoint Security: Ensure the enforcement of security policies across all managed devices, including encryption, remote wipe, VPN, and other mobile security controls.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams (Network, Security, and Support) to integrate Intune with other enterprise solutions and troubleshoot cross-platform issues.
Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures. Generate reports for device compliance, health status, and usage.
Training & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members (L1/L2 support). Share knowledge on Intune best practices, new features, and updates within the organization.
Upgrade & Patching: Manage and execute updates, patches, and version upgrades for Intune and related services, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing downtime.
Incident and Change Management: Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and change control processes related to Intune and endpoint management services.

Required Qualifications:

Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.
Advanced Knowledge: In-depth understanding of device management, security policies, and app deployment in Intune for multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS).
Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator preferred.
Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, and automation tools to optimize Intune workflows and deployments.
Technical Skills:In-depth experience with MDM/EMM solutions, especially Microsoft Intune.
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and Office 365 integration.
Expertise in configuring Conditional Access, Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Baselines within Intune.
Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, VPN setup, and Device Compliance Policies.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for resolving complex technical issues in large-scale environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, Office 365).
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and other security products in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, and Android Enterprise device management.
Experience in integrating Intune with third-party mobile security solutions and custom line-of-business (LOB) app deployments.
