Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing
top talent across key functions of our business, with a primary
focus on sales and marketing. As the most experienced recruiter on
our team, you'll bring a consultative strategic approach to hiring,
partnering closely with leaders to understand their talent needs
and build a strong pipeline of future hires.This role is ideal for
someone who thrives on finding exceptional talent in competitive
markets, crafting compelling narratives to attract candidates, and
ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. While your expertise
in sales and marketing hiring will be highly valuable, we are
looking for a versatile recruiter who can flex into other areas as
needed, helping to shape our overall hiring strategy.What You'll
Do:
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders across the company to
deeply understand current and future hiring needs and develop
targeted recruitment strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and
engagement to offer negotiation and closing.
- Identify and attract top talent by leveraging creative sourcing
techniques, market insights, and networking.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and
hard-to-fill roles.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively telling ON24's story
and bringing our culture to life for candidates.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every
touchpoint reflects ON24's values.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine and improve our
recruitment strategies.
- Mentor and support your team members, fostering a collaborative
and high performing environment.What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with
expertise in global sales and marketing hiring in a SaaS
environment.
- A strong ability to find and close top talent in competitive
markets, including "diamond in the rough."
- A storytelling mindset - able to craft compelling narratives
that engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and
recruitment tools; experience with Jobvite is a plus.
- Strong relationship building skills with hiring managers,
leadership, and candidates.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze hiring
trends and optimize processes.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving
environment.Compensation & Benefits:

pay range for this position is $100,000-$130,000. This range is not
a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise
of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always
dependent on relevant experience, education, skills, location, and
