Capital Markets / Structured Finance Associate (5+ Years) - Charlotte, NCDirect Counsel is seeking a Capital Markets / Structured Finance Associate to join a highly regarded law firm in Charlotte, NC.About the Role:The firm's Capital Markets department is looking for a senior associate with at least 5 years of substantial experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Repo transactions
• Asset-backed lending
• Loan-on-loan financing
• Securitization
• Structured finance and structured products
• Corporate and/or real estate finance
• Experience with CRE CLO is a plus, but not requiredQualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Admission to the North Carolina Bar (or eligibility for admission)
  • Solid law firm experience handling complex capital markets and structured finance mattersCompensation:
    • Anticipated annual base salary range: $390,000 - $460,000
