Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr



Job Description:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach the team on Agile principles and help them adopt and improve Scrum practices.
Remove impediments and blockers that affect the team's progress and delivery.
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives.
Protect the team from outside interruptions and ensure focus on sprint goals.
Foster team self-organization and collaboration across roles.
Track and communicate key Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
Serve as a liaison between the Scrum team and external stakeholders.
Advocate for Agile adoption and support broader organizational transformation efforts.



Must Have:

Scaled Agile experience (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, etc)
SDLC
JIRA Confluence, Advanced JIRA filters, Queries, Dashboards, Reports
Release & Defect Management
Must know the difference between Functional and Non Functional Requirements, must be familiar with the concept of multi POD Release cycles, Environments, Defect Cycles
Project management experience to manage the more strategic aspects of projects (i.e., long term roadmaps/connecting PI performance to fixed target dates for user launches/determining milestones, etc.)
Presentation skills/experience providing updates to execs
