About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Functional Analyst with a strong background in ECC / S4 HANA systems, specifically within product-based or manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects in accordance with Carrier IT's methodologies and governance model and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure solution designs are well coordinated and aligned to the overall ERP enterprise architecture
• Design, develop, and test system solutions to address business requirements, in alignment with the global solution template.
• Configure Finance module to achieve business goals, including integration points with other SAP modules or other applications, following SAP standard methodologies.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with the development team to get those built and tested.
• Analyze the existing business processes and business data and provide proactive & Constructive recommendations for improvement.
• Create solution prototypes when teams are working on future design models.
• Controlling solution development to ensure standards are being observed
  
  Required Qualifications:
  
  • 8+ years of experience in design, delivery and support of SAP Finance and controlling modules in ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
  • 8+ years of experience handling Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
  • 8+ years of experience handling configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN); understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
  • 3+ years of experience in a global manufacturing company, leading the Finance workstream for a ECC/S/4 HANA Finance end-to-end implementation.
  • 3+ years of experience handling Corporate Finance Processes supported by Central Finance such as central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared services.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

      Travel:
      
      You will be required to travel as is determined by the needs of our businesses. This position may require travel to business sites up to 25% of the time.
