Location: charlotte NC (Onsite for the first 90 days)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Job Description:
Oracle EBS Developer with a strong background in the
utilities industry. This role will focus on the development, enhancement, and support of Oracle
E-Business Suite (EBS) applications, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The
ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules relevant to utilities,
strong PL/SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Oracle EBS.
--- Support Oracle EBS R12 modules, specifically those relevant to the utilities sector (e.g.,
Projects, Financials, Supply Chain).
--- Develop and optimize PL/SQL code, interfaces, and reports.
--- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical
solutions.
--- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS applications and integrations.
--- Work on API and integration development between Oracle EBS and other enterprise
applications.
--- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal business
disruption.
--- Provide post-implementation support and training as needed.
Required Qualifications:
--- 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience.
--- Utilities industry experience is a must-have.
--- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and
Workflow Builder.
--- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 modules related to Financials, Projects, or Supply
Chain.
--- Hands-on experience with interface development, API integrations, and data
conversions.
--- Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle BI tools is a plus.
--- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
--- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
