The urologist will work alongside a team in an established practice, focusing on robotic procedures with limited daytime hours and no call requirements. The practice is situated in a vibrant beachside community, providing access to numerous recreational activities. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS -Urology (URO)

• MGMA Median Guaranteed Base Salary + RVU= $700,000 or More Annual Potential
• $20,000 Sign on Bonus & $10,000 Relocation Assistance

• PTO/Holidays: RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS -Urology (URO)
  • Hospital Employed Urology Opportunity
  • Established Group of Urologists -+ Each Uro -will have their own PA
  • Consulting less than 4 hours a day
  • Clinic: 15-20 ppd OR: 5-7 / 1 OR day a week to start (can add more if you wish
  • No Call
  • No admitting - required & - PA's will do the rounding
  • Mon-Friday (8-5) 8:30 - 4PM -& -Fridays are half-day
  • Established as the center of excellence in robotics- Access to both models
    • DaVinci XI and DaVinci X
    • **Current Urologist on staff has been chosen to be one of the first Urologists in the country to test out the newest DaVinci robot in the coming months. -(DaVinci 5 will be here Sept. 24) COMMUNITY -Urology (URO)
