*Schedule:* *7 days on, 7 days off, 12-hour shifts*
*Pay Rate:* $80 - $120 per hour

We are looking for a skilled *Physician Assistant* with experience in *Cardiovascular and Cardiothoracic Surgery* to join our team in *Charlotte, NC*. This *locum position* offers a *unique 7 on/7 off schedule*, with no call, no OR duties, and no ICU coverage for cardiothoracic surgery patients.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Co-manage* vascular surgery patients in the *ICU* and on the *floor* (in collaboration with the Critical Care team)
* *Manage* cardiothoracic surgery *floor patients* (no ICU coverage required)
* Provide *patient care coordination, rounding, and follow-up*
* *Epic EMR* for documentation

*Requirements:*
* *Board-certified Physician Assistant*
* Experience in *Cardiovascular and/or Cardiothoracic Surgery*
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
* *NC state license* or ability to obtain
