*Job description*

Carolinas Fertility Institute is currently seeking a patient-centered, versatile, and dependable CMA/RMA with excellent people skills to join our Charlotte clinic. The desired candidate will have solid work experience with women's health (OB/GYN, L&D, etc), office procedure assistance. Full-time weekdays with weekend and holiday rotation. Training (appx 1 week) will take place in our Winston Salem clinic. Accommodations are provided and mileage is reimbursed during training. CFI offers excellent benefits.

*Primary Duties:*

- Abstract Patient Charts

- Clean and Set Up Rooms Between Patients

- Blood Draws

- Take patient vitals

- Room Patients

- Chaperone

- Assist providers with Procedures

- Place Instruments in Auto Clave Area

- Open Charts / Flow Sheets in EHR

- Enter Lab Orders into EHR

- Enter IUI Notes / Dictations

- Verify Notes and Images Have ported To Patient Chart in EHR

- Medical Scribe when required

- Pack Biopsies / Samples For Send Out

- Scan CMA Paperwork

- Assist in clinic OR suite

- Help Answer Incoming Calls

- Return Patient Phone Calls/Emails

1. Completion of CMA course and maintaining certification as medical assistant or RMA Certification
