This role involves providing diagnostic assessments for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) for young children in the state of North Carolina.The Licensed Psychologist will also work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients assigned to them while implementing Mosaic Groups clinical and operational policies and procedures.We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to work collaboratively with Mosaics team of Licensed Psychologists to enhance our services and ensure excellent clinical care is provided to our clients. Mosaic values a passion for working with children, an eagerness to be part of a team, and a commitment towards professional growth.Primary Responsibilities of The Position IncludeMeet with families to familiarize them with the assessment process, answer their questions, and determine the childs expressive language level for ADOS-2 module selection.Document and summarize the outcome of the screening call.Administration and Supervision of Diagnostic TestingAdministration and scoring of the ADOS-2 with children ranging in age from 18 months to 9 years.Supervision of trained clinicians implementing the ADOS-2.Conducting full diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder as needed (full developmental history, ADOS-2, and other assessments such as the Vineland-3, CARS-2, etc.)Summarizing assessment results and generating a robust diagnostic report.Providing Clinical TrainingProvide training to assessment staff on proper implementation and scoring of the ADOS-2.Provide coaching when ADOS-2 administrators do not meet clinical expectations or violate policies.Contribute to or co-lead monthly group supervision meetings for ADOS-2 administrators.Work with clinical directors and office managers to ensure assessments do not interfere with other clinical operations.Work with the intake team to ensure a seamless intake process for families and Mosaic staff.Work with the Chief Clinical Officer to ensure diagnostic assessment services are implemented with a high degree of qualityOther ResponsibilitiesAttending continuing education events and other training opportunities to improve assessment skills, knowledge of autism, etc.Documenting services provided through appropriate clinical notes.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer.Benefits Annual Compensation starts at $100,000 dependent on experienceLearning opportunities from Mosaics Clinical Advisory BoardIndustry-leading benefits: $1,000 per year for psychology and leadership continuing education, additional PTO days to attend CEU events, regular internal CEU opportunities, and reimbursement of licensing recertification expenses.Generous paid time off: 28 paid days off in year 1, which increases based on years of serviceMedical, dental and vision insurance plan options + health savings accounts with employer contribution; company-paid behavioral and medical telehealth careMedical options include company-paid behavioral and medical telehealth care401(k) Retirement Plan with 4% company matchCompany-paid life and disability insuranceSupplemental employee, spouse and child life insurance with AD&D optionsShort- and long-term disability optionsCompany-sponsored discounts on electronics, travel, entertainment, fitness, apparel and moreEmployee reward and recognition program, regular company-sponsored holiday and celebration eventsPet insuranceMission and values based team culture that puts clients and clinicians firstEducation, Experience, & SkillsDoctoral degree in School or Clinical PsychologyLicensed Psychologist in North CarolinaGraduate training in psychological assessmentDocumented experience working with young children, including autistic childrenExperience conducting psychological and psychoeducational assessments (direct experience with ADOS-2 preferred)Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skillsExperience using electronic medical record applications (Central Reach preferred)Working knowledge of HIPAA regulationsExcellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skillsMust have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or equivalent G-suite applications (Word, Excel)Consistently displays the Mosaics core valuesStewardshipInclusionImpactGrowthServant LeadershipMosaic is an Equal Opportunity Employerby Jobble
