SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday to Friday LOCATION(S): Charlotte, North Carolina COMPENSATION: $350,000.00 BASE SALARY with % of net collections, after net collections exceeds $1M in year 1. Year 2= 33% of Net Collections SIGN-ON BONUS: $50,000 RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: $10,000 OWNERSHIP/EQUITY: Offered after 1 year ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Unlimited earning potential Paid Membership Dues Annual CE reimbursement allowance Medical/Dental/Vision insurance 401(k) with match 3 Weeks of vacation and 1 week of leave for humanitarian efforts Malpractice Insurance provided by employer Marketing expenses covered EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED): The doctor is required to hold a DDS or DMD degree and be certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from ADA accredited programs as well as a license in the state of North Carolina.
