FTE allocation will be reviewed as the Institute matures. Clinical work will be consistent with the selected candidates area of expertise and training. This role will report directly to the System Physician Executive for the Institute and will be an integral part of the market leadership team._x000D x000D_Qualifications:_x000D x000D_ - Graduation from an accredited medical school MD, DO, MBBS; board certification in Psychiatry required with additional sub-specialty board certification a plus._x000D_ - 5 + years of clinical experience; 3 + years of demonstrated leadership experience._x000D_ - Background facilitating the development and refinement of psychiatric practices, serving as the primary physician leader to ensure cost effective, high quality, comprehensive care._x000D_ - Experience implementing quality and care management initiatives, clinical best practices, and process improvement initiatives to achieve the highest level of care.
