• Employment Type: Local Contract We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Charlotte, NC. This leadership role is responsible for managing the daily operations of a high-acuity Level III/IV NICU, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff engagement, and compliance with hospital standards and regulations.
  
  The Nurse Manager will play a vital role in supporting both clinical excellence and family-centered care for our most vulnerable patients.
  
  Current RN license in North Carolina (or compact state license)
  
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Leadership preferred
  
  Minimum 3-5 years of NICU nursing experience, with previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred
  
  Current BLS and NRP certification
  
  Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
