Job Title: Project Manager
Position type: Full-time Contract(W2)
Duration: 12 Months contract
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 WFH)

As a Project Manager you will:Consult and participate in moderately complex Project Management initiatives and deliverables.
Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of Project Management challenges, evaluating variable factors to develop effective solutions.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to meet Project Management deliverables, utilizing a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Serve as the SME to keep teams organized and aligned on tasks and project timelines.
Track progress and manage various Project Management artifacts, ensuring clarity on project statuses (red, yellow, green).
Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders, driving accountability and ensuring actions are documented and followed up on.
Prepare and deliver management reporting and project updates to directors and senior leaders.
Support multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and clarity across all initiatives.


The ideal candidate will have:Project Management experience
Familiarity with Project Management artifacts and risk and control frameworks.
Experience in developing and managing corrective actions within project environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive outcomes across various teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Should be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $50-$55per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
