Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country's first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  
• Lead daily development meetings with teams and vendors, identifying critical path items to accelerate timelines.
  
• Manage databases, trackers, and reporting for site development, RF, and field operations milestones.
  
• Oversee financial processes, including budget management, vendor spend, and purchase order coordination.
  
• Prepare and manage presentations for operational reviews, newsletters, and market correspondence.
  
• Handle administrative duties, including facilities management, scheduling, events, and safety coordination.
  
  Skills, Experience and Requirements
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3+ years of project management experience
    
    Skills and Qualifications:
    
    • Lean Six Sigma preferred
    • PMP Certification preferred
    • Leadership, emotional intelligence, adaptability, conflict resolution, critical thinking and organizational skills required
    • Proficiency with Tableau, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

      Salary Ranges
      
      Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

      The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
