Vice President, Single-Family Rental Asset Management, will support
and manage the ongoing performance and strategic growth of the
company's SFR portfolio. The Vice President will play a key role in
driving the financial success of the portfolio, managing investor
relations, and strategic disposition of assets.Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day asset management activities for the SFR
portfolio, ensuring that properties are performing to expectations
in terms of occupancy, rent collection, and operational
efficiency.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure high
standards for property maintenance, resident relations, and overall
customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions that may impact
the performance and strategy of the portfolio.
- Assist with providing regular updates on portfolio performance,
dispositions, and market trends.
- Prepare and present detailed investor reports and
presentations, including financial performance, strategy updates,
and disposition timelines.
- Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries and
ensure their needs are addressed in a timely and professional
manner.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends that
can influence asset sales, pricing strategies, and overall
portfolio performance.
- Provide input on portfolio strategy, including decisions
related to portfolio diversification and long-term planning.
- Lead and execute the strategy for the disposition of select
single-family rental properties.
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party brokers to
analyze the market and drive profitable transactions.
- Oversee the due diligence process, financial modeling, and
preparation of sale packages for each asset slated for
disposition.General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
- We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this
position to range from $120,000 - $140,000 annualized, subject to
adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee
qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of
labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
- This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with a
written agreement.
- This position will be eligible for company benefits in
accordance with Company policy. We offer a competitive total

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or
related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in real estate asset management, with a
focus on single-family rentals and a proven track record in asset
dispositions.
- Strong financial background, including experience with
financial modeling, reporting, and managing portfolios.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
with experience interfacing with investors.
- Knowledge of market trends and dynamics in the single-family
rental sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage asset sales
from start to finish.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and
manage multiple priorities.Physical Requirements:This is primarily
a sedentary office position which requires the Vice President,
Single-Family Rental Asset Management to have the ability to
operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift,
and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.This
