perks to enhance your work experience.Key Responsibilities
- Develop the long-term vision of a product portfolio or
strategic capability that drives strategies, requirements, and
roadmaps; understand the competitive landscape and directly
influence the enterprise in how it makes portfolio-specific
decisions; own the different product roadmaps that make up the
product portfolio and influence investment choices that yield
long-term customer benefits in support of the vision.
- Develop a culture of innovation and experimentation and
encourage initiatives that address customer needs.
- Own annual planning for the product portfolio and represent
strategy in discussions with leadership and executive stakeholders.
Plan and advocate for required workforce resources.
- Develop and manage the long-term (three- to five-year) view of
the product portfolio or strategic capability, making trade-off
decisions on multiple products and product groups. Determine
release goals, prioritization, implementation, and iteration of
products within the product portfolio or strategic capability.
Define key processes for the team to effectively track development
work.
- Leverage enterprise-wide resources to drive improved synergies
and efficiencies within the product portfolio or strategic
capability. Engage with internal and external thought leaders to
drive product leadership within the portfolio.
- Lead and own requirements documents for all products within the
product portfolio or strategic capability.
- Own the user experience and set the direction for the design of
the user experience of products within the product portfolio or
strategic capability. Ensure customer and business goals remain
aligned with identified customer needs. Set the strategy for
customer engagement and lead its execution.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders and lead and own the
development of launch and go-to-market plans of products within the
product portfolio or strategic capability.
- Identify issues that may delay the launch or impede the success
of products in the product portfolio or strategic capability,
communicate to leadership, assess alternatives to resolve, and take
action to resolve.
- Own and develop mechanisms to ensure post-launch learnings are
captured into best practices frameworks or templates and
evangelized and utilized in future product launches across the
enterprise.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide competitive analysis,
drive decision-making, assess the health and effectiveness of
products and related P&L impacts, and deliver recommendations
to key stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional product management teams to drive
work across other product teams and help move and prioritize work
into other product backlogs.
- Lead a team in support of achieving the company's mission.
Manage performance and foster an inclusive environment to help
associates achieve their potential.Minimum Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in two or more of the following: project
management, product management, business analysis, program
management, experimentation, or product marketing.
- 8 years of experience in product and/or experience
management.
- 7 years of leadership experience with direct report
responsibility.
- 5 years of experience managing teams and priorities across
multiple stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience managing operational and/or project
financial budgets.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with design,
engineering, and analytics resources.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering,
communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in
lieu of degree).Preferred Skills/Experience*We encourage you to

- Experience building, deploying, and measuring digital and
field-based tests and proofs of concept.
- Experience working with software development teams to launch
online products.
- Experience with large scale order management and inventory
systems.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Master's Degree in business administration or similar advanced
