Job Overview
The Corporate Accounts GPO Manager II (Group Purchasing
Organization) will establish and lead business relationships with
assigned GPOs. In addition, the position will create access for all
Getinge business units within the GPOs by developing
revenue-enhancing contracts and determining the needs of GPOs
relative to conducting business with Getinge. Additionally, the
position develops and implements complex selling strategies and
programs that support current Getinge revenue and create new
avenues of revenue growth. The position will play key roles in
critical and strategic projects and work streams, and will have the
capability of supporting process improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Build a comprehensive business plan across portfolio of Getinge
product categories to include specific strategies and tactics which
align internal sales, marketing, and finance goals with contract
opportunities.
Coordinate contract launch activities with sales and appropriate
clinical/technical teams to insure successful new contract launches
that accelerate sales growth.
Provide leadership, direction and counsel working in collaboration
with business teams to complete and maintain a comprehensive three
to five year business strategy for each GPO.
Lead and coordinate new contract negotiations and implementation
with appropriate sales, marketing, finance and legal teams.
Conduct routine meetings with business leaders to review
business/contracting strategies and results.
Formulate a cross-business unit distributor strategy that supports
future business goals, strategies and plans for all Getinge GPOs,
IDNs and Local sales goals.
Monitor and ensure Distributor data accuracy, contract performance
and compliance. Establish strong relationships with selected
distribution partner.
Actively participate in field education demonstrating healthcare
knowledge and creative financing knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
Sales salary range: Total Compensation= $274,000 - $295,000 (base +
at plan target incentive) depending on experience and location
