Job position description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Production Support Manager. The ideal candidate will:

• Manage a team of Production Support Specialists that support RCH Applications. - - - -
• Provide Mentoring and Coaching to team members in the day-to-day performance of their positions. - - - -
• Handle technical requests submitted by end users of RCH products and systems. - - - -
• Write and/or review SQL queries written by the production support specialists. - - - -
• Act quickly to analyze available data and determine the root cause of the technical issues. - - - -
• Work closely with the development team to provide end user support for the RCH Applications including troubleshooting issues, responding to user inquiries, and providing data requested by authorized users. - - - -
• Coordinate with Business units, IT teams and external vendors and ensure effective application services and reliability for all applications.
