Job Description:

Our construction company is seeking an experienced construction professional with excellent leadership skills. If you're good at managing general contractors, hiring subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance at a construction site, then you might be perfect as our next Construction Project Manager. Our ideal candidate has 5 years of construction field experience and can supervise all site activities and maintain safety compliance at all times.Compensation:$85,000 Base Salary + Allowances & Production BonusesResponsibilities:

• Generate & submit project schedules, notifying the workforce in a timely manner
• Assess subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to our company standard
• Walk sites to ensure project code compliance & quality control
• Manage job-site cleanliness, & vendor deliveries
• Accurate communication of milestone completion with managementQualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles
  • 5 years of prior experience as a Project Manager is required for this position; additional management experience preferred
  • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills
  • A thorough knowledge of the Construction Schedule Sequence with previous experience using job site CRM software & Microsoft OfficeAbout Company
