Management, you will help define, communicate and lead the strategy
for NAVEX Policy and Compliance Learning Management. You will
manage the product teams and work closely with Product Engineering
as well as the leadership team to articulate strategies that
support product direction and initiatives across the suite. You
will also align across all of our lines of business to support
go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, operational readiness
and sales enablement.This role requires a blend of experience in
the learning management space, strong product management skills,
and a strategic mindset to build innovative products that meet the
evolving needs of our customers. As a leader in the Product
Management Team, you will gather input from a variety of sources,
both internal and external, and weigh them against business
objectives to ensure our product roadmap is strategically
positioned, exceeds revenue goals and achieves strong customer
satisfaction and retention levels. Your passion, creativity and
mastery in rallying support for the ideas that will drive all
phases of product execution and customer engagement will enable and
differentiate your success!What you'll do:
- Help to define NAVEX's long-term vision for the policy
management and compliance learning management solutions.
- Manage the prioritized annual product roadmap with clear
objectives in collaboration with key product leaders.
- Balance high level objectives, rolling up your sleeves to work
the trenches and execute on the vision; must be comfortable moving
from strategy to tactical implementation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in corporate learning
management.
- Implement the tools and processes necessary to aggressively
drive our products forward.
- Discuss and present our product strategy to the company, our
customers and other members of our ecosystem.
- Be accountable for ensuring company-wide readiness to market,
sell, deliver and support products within our fully integrated
platform.
- Collaborate with the Training team to support the needs of the
NAVEX compliance training products and programs.
- Lead, build, coach and retain a high-performing team, creating
an inspiring experience for people to grow and thrive in life.What
you'll need:
- 7+ years of progressive product management experience leading
product teams and delivering enterprise SaaS platform products
globally.
- 5+ years of experience managing, leading and developing
outstanding people.
- Proven experience managing learning management product design
and development.
- Deep understanding of content communication protocols in LMS
(SCORM, xAPI, AICC).
- Experience working with different learning modalities, content
providers, and technical platforms (mobile, PC, tablet).
- Experience working with or managing LxPs and content management
systems.
- Track record of exceeding expectations leading the product
management process, including visioning, customer/competitor
research, strategic planning, business modeling and product
definition.
- Ability to communicate effectively, lead presentations and
reach agreements across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to
manage competing priorities, identify risks and implement
mitigation plans to deliver targeted business outcomes.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, an openness to change and a
willingness to take informed risks.
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies of
talent development, influence and strategic execution.
- Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of

in our team.The starting pay range for this role is $165,000+ with
