We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.As a Senior Manager, Business Development at RXO, you'll focus on identifying and developing new, strategic partnerships to increase RXO Extra market share. You possess the ability to implement the RXO Extra partner program model at a high-level. We will depend on your knowledge of fuel and factoring to also drive the expansion of existing partner programs. This role combines customer-facing sales, operational and analytical ability.What your day-to-day will look like:

• Identify and develop new partnerships through cold-calling, customer visits and account management
• Work cross functionally between sales, operations, partners, marketing and RXO Extra leadership to facilitate new program growth and current program development
• Enhance, manage and implement a scalable program structure that meets current needs and considers future growth scenarios
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all partner programs
• Deeply understand the RXO Extra offering and its customer base to find the right partners and align on opportunities
• Create and execute lead generation strategies and communicate go-to-market plans to potential partners
• Manage metrics, processes and workflows to drive execution, profitability and collaboration with key stakeholdersWhat you'll need to excel:At a minimum, you'll need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 5 years of sales/operational experience in transportation and logistics
• Working knowledge of and experience in the functional areas of fuel cards, freight factoring and freight brokerageIt'd be great if you also have:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics
• Master's degree in Business Administration
• Proven implementation and collaboration skills with experience effectively selling and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and time management skills
