Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence for Membership and Plan Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team focused on data analysis, insight generation, and automation
Manage and prioritize requests from team members and cross-functional partners
Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient data processes and identify insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in an analytical discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
Minimum 5 years of technical experience in data analysis and business intelligence
Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience managing a team of 4 or more associates
Experience working in a SQL environment with knowledge of SSMS, SSIS, and SSRS
Strong working knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Power Platforms
