As a Manager in RSM's Process Risk and Controls Global Financial
Services Practice, you will lead high-profile client engagements,
develop and deliver innovative solutions, and drive business
growth.

In the Process Risk and Controls Practice we frequently work as or
alongside a client's internal audit function, the chief risk
officer or risk function, Sarbanes-Oxley project team, and various
other members of management tasked with managing risk. Our advisors
help our clients with identifying and prioritizing risk and
leveraging process and controls to reduce risk exposure.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended
to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their
current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and
associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in
the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education,
skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such,
pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the
stated range.
Compensation Range: $97,700 - $196,400
