Job Description:
Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Automotive
Technician with experience in diagnosing and performing vehicle
repairs to prevent them from future breakdowns or issues. An ideal
candidate should have knowledge in the automotive retail industry
(preferably with Import automotive manufacturers such as
Honda/Acura) with a willingness to continue their training and
certifications for a successful career.

Pay RangeUp to $120,000 per year above (based on factors such as Technician level, OEM certifications, and job performance).
Automotive Technician A/B Level (Line Tech) RequirementsValid Driver's License. Automotive Technology, Vocational/Trade Certificate, High School Diploma or equivalent. Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems. Demonstrable mechanical skills and knowledge. Technical training or commensurate technical experience required.- Certified/Senior Technician (Main Line) with respective manufacturer.
- Familiarity with Import manufacturer repairs preferred (Honda/Acura or similar).
- Prior Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and other systems to specification.
- Familiarity with manufacturer-specific training or certifications.
- Motor Vehicle Inspection License, ASE Certification is a plus.
- Prior Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Able to handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to local and federal regulations.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing automotive trends.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in the automotive repair environment.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
- Able to work Full Time, 5-days per week, business hours
