Enhance process map for Chicago Distance Series Process

Draft Procedure Document

Build out of sustainable controls (process, templates, SharePoint forms, quick reference guides)

Assist with project management and documentation of SII


Client Engagement

Enhance process map for Client Engagement Process

Draft Procedure Document

Build out of sustainable controls (process, templates, SharePoint forms, quick reference guides)


Partnerships

Engage members of GSS & Legal Partners, parse through historical emails, put together a story line of how the FIFA agreements (World Cup 2026 and Club World Cup 2025) came to be

Focus on risks escalated, debated and ultimately accepted

Emphasis on review discussions and involvement of key stakeholders (risk, legal, etc.)

Assist with project management and documentation of SII

Build out of sustainable controls (process, templates, SharePoint forms, quick reference guides)
