Job Description:

As a Regional Director of Front Office Operations, you will lead and direct all operational components related to front office functions within each clinical point of service for PT Solutions for a designated region. General areas of oversight include but are not limited to workflow design/redesign, process standardization, accountability, structure development, training, root cause analysis, oversight of practice management as it relates to patient intake, insurance verification, patient communications, patient satisfaction, over the counter collections, referral tracking and team development. This role will act as the key advocate and business leader for all functions related to the front desk working with all relevant associated departments as necessary for their region.SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Management experience preferred
    • Minimum three years of healthcare experience required
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Ability to hold teams accountable and drive metric driven performance
    • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligencePay Range:
      • $57K-$69K per year
      • Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.Schedule:
