Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for managing a portfolio of medium/large projects which enhance Finance systems, processes and solutions across several lines of business (LOB) in compliance with applicable Enterprise and Chief Financial Officer Group policies. Key responsibilities include working closely with the LOB, Change Management, Technology and other partners to execute the project plan. Job expectations include performing day-to-day project activities and being actively involved in the execution of project deliverables. This role will help drive the CFO Strategic Vision around new technologies, change, and organizational improvement supporting Responsible Growth. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and work with emerging technologies including (but not limited to) Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva, Power Query, SAS, SQL script, and VBA.Line of Business Job Description:The CFO Automation Strategy and Execution (ASE) team is part of the CFO COO Change group. The team establishes, maintains and monitors The CFO Group's technology initiative portfolio and technology strategy including ensuring a consistent approach to technology adoption, training and governance for both current and emerging technology.Responsibilities:

  • Executes project deliverables while partnering with stakeholders across CFO Line of business and technology to ensure collaborative progression through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Completes required documentation, business analysis, testing, and operational readiness activities within project timelines.
  • Identifies upstream and downstream impacts associated with project related changes and/or decisions.
  • Adheres to Chief Financial Officer Group's Change Management Governance and Control requirements.
  • Requires an understanding of Finance, Accounting, Technology and Project Management
  • Supports the development of an automation opportunity assessment framework and an associated automation tool selection criteria to ensure right tools are applied to the right opportunities.
  • Coach and council team members around end user automation tools and governance.Required Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of Finance experience (preferably in a production type environment)
    • Hands-on experience building automation workflows, data processes, and visualization dashboards utilizing intermediate to advanced proficiency in one or more emerging tech tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, Workiva, Power Query, Visual Basic, SQL and SAS
    • A strong desire to learn and drive operational excellence.
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and fluid environment.
    • Strong business partnering skills including the ability to interact, communicate and influence equally well both within all levels of an organization and across multiple groups. Strong verbal and written communication skills are key with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear manner to a diverse array of audiences.
    • Good organizational skills with an attention to detail as well as the ability to create, maintain, and manage documents effectively, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
    • Knowledge of (Bank of America) BAC Spreadsheet, Model, and other applicable policies; Agile Development methodology and working with teams across multiple geographies.Desired Qualifications:
