Lennar is seeking a detail oriented Financial Analyst who will be
responsible for the completion and accuracy of financial reporting
internally and to Region/Corporate, datamodeling and extraction,
analytics and analysis, ad-hoc reporting, proformas, and accounting
functions at month end relative to, but not limited to audit, land
budgeting,financial reporting.Your Responsibilities on the Team
Assist in Greenfolder process by preparation of vestacalcs, and
other charts, graphs and reports as requiredAssist in financial
feasibility analysis for each of the Division's acquisitions
opportunitiesAssist in preparing underwriting proformas and related
financial documentation for each asset acquired by DivisionGain
understanding of historical sales trends, current and future market
conditions and the overall market supply and demand dynamicDevelop
a deep understanding of the process, strategies and Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) to apply to Greenfolder analysisRegularly
translate data and insights into actionable and relevant
recommendations by utilizing visualization and/or data analysis
tools, presentations and othermeans to effectively communicate
clear and concise recommendations to senior division
leadershipAssist Finance Manager and Operations with various
projects as neededKey Competencies:Commitment to a team

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is preferredMinimum of 3
